One of our generation’s inspirational lights has left his body.
“Take the last five minutes of your day,” Dyer told CBS Sunday Morning in 2014, “and put your attention on everything that you would like to attract into your life: ‘I am well. I am healed. I am in perfect health. I am abundant. I am happy.’ Say those things to yourself. Then you’ll marinate for eight hours, and you’ll awaken and you’ll begin to attract the things that are in your subconscious mind.”
In regards to scientific prayer, why this works is that during this time before sleep our minds are transitioning from BETA waves into ALPHA waves. We are going into a deeper level of consciousness that we can use to manifest our desires. By falling to sleep, we are going from our physical body into our higher, more subtle, bodies; astral, etheral, mental, causal, buddhic, and atmic. With the 6-steps scientific prayer we are also touching DELTA waves – our superconscious mind. Whatever we impress onto our subconscious and superconscious must be expressed into our reality.
Repeating prayers and affirmations while we are falling asleep is ONE of the great “natural” times of the day when we can spiritually transcend. As we awaken – going from ALPHA waves into BETA waves – is also beneficial.
However there are times we can do it consciously.
