“Om” is a mantra often used in prayers, affirmations and meditations.
Buddhists, Hindus, and Yogis are known to use mantra repetition (or japa) with this powerful and mystical word.
Ancient Rishis discovered this cosmic sound that exists in everything in The Universe.
Matter is made up of cells, molecules and atoms.
All atoms are made up of a nucleus with an electron spinning around it at the speed of light.
Both “Amen” and “AUM” are connected to “Om”.
Amen, like the Akasha, takes our thoughts to the first creation of God — which was a sound vibration.
AUM reminds us that cosmic vibration exists on 3 levels of thought: conscious, subconscious and superconscious.
Om reminds us of the cosmic vibration created by the electron spinning around the nucleus.
We can easily see how Om exists in matter… but we can forget that it also exists in other realms around us.
For instance…
Om exists in gravity.
Om exists in electricity.
Om exists in magnetism.
Om exists in Light.
Om exists in radiation.
Om exists in chemical reactions.
Why? Because all of these are manifested vibrational phenomena on this physical plane.
Remembering that “OM” also exists in these realms can carry our thoughts and desires to the edges of our Universe.
